💌 Processing & Dispatch

As many of our products are personalised or made to order, please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that personalised items may take a little longer to prepare than ready-to-ship products.

We currently ship across the UK.

Standard Shipping: £6.99
Free Shipping: On orders over £50 🎀

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1-2 working days.

Please remember that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by postal delays, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas and other holidays.

🌎 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available to selected countries.

Delivery times and postage costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

💕 PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ORDERS

Please double-check your spelling and personalisation details before placing your order.

As personalised items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised items due to a change of mind or incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer.

If we have made an error with your personalisation, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

📮 DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery provider, delivery is outside of our control.

If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at spellitstudio@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
